NEW YORK CITY |  In terms of live performances, downtown New York remains a ghost town, with many museums and theaters remained closed due to the widespread power outages. Hurricane Sandy has left Lower Manhattan and Chinatown without power, telephones and public transportation. Until these services are restored, programming is temporarily suspended.
